Services support individuals experiencing difficulties with speech sounds, language development, communication, and social interaction.
Therapy is tailored to each person's needs and may occur in the clinic, at school or kindergarten, or via telehealth.

Nurtured Speech Solutions provides speech therapy services for children and adults experiencing speech, language and communication difficulties. Services are available in Charlton and surrounding towns including Donald, Birchip, Wycheproof, St Arnaud, Wedderburn and Inglewood.

Personal and health information is stored securely using electronic practice management systems and secure digital platforms in accordance with privacy and data protection requirements.
We take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
Only authorised personnel have access to client information.

We use secure third-party platforms to support service delivery and administration, including:
practice management software (e.g., Splose)
email and communication platforms
telehealth platforms (e.g., Google Meet)
These services may store data on secure servers, including servers located outside Australia.
We take reasonable steps to ensure these providers comply with applicable privacy and data protection requirements.
7. Audio, photo and video recordings
With consent, recordings may be used for:
clinical documentation
supporting therapy planning
monitoring progress
Recordings are stored securely and only accessed by authorised clinicians. They may be deleted after use or retained as part of the clinical record where appropriate.

You may request access to your personal information at any time.
If information is incorrect or incomplete, you may request that it be updated.
